  • Consulting, negotiations with the selling party and raising finance for a managerial buyout; the transaction was 96% financed with bank loans.
  • Consulting in a managerial buyout transaction supported by financial investors in an air-conditioning company − the value of the transaction amounted to around PLN 20 million, the company was bought by a trade investor.
  • On the order of an investor, an attempt at a hostile takeover of a construction company  with a turnover of PLN 170 million.
  • Consulting and support in negotiations for restructuring a debt pegged to currency options for a client from the shipyard industry − the debt totalled PLN 39 million, and the negotiations were successful
  • Restructuring of debt (loans amounting to PLN 24 million) of a capital group, which made it possible to postpone the payment period for the next 3 years, lower the interest  rate and cancel the penalty interest charge.
  • Consulting services in the transaction of sale and leasing of real estate − transaction value PLN 26 million.
  • The analysis of the foreign regulations Corporate Governance for the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
  • Restructuring a sole-trader business into a joint-stock company of stock capital equal to PLN 17 million.
  • Issue of private placement shares for a client to the amount of PLN 31 million.
  • Conducting a share buyback transaction from the Venture Capital fund to the current business owners.
